• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and delegation.

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to support comfort and safety.
• Perform routine nursing procedures and basic wound care as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure charting is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care.
