• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure charting is up-to-date
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Iowa (or eligible to obtain licensure in Iowa)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Education: LPN diploma from an approved program
• Experience: Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Skills: Strong documentation and communication; ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to a changing schedule
