Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ health status, respond to changes, and elevate to the supervising RN as needed.
• Provide and document routine nursing care, including ADLs, vital signs, and wound/dressing care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges following established procedures.
• Ensure infection control standards, patient safety, and confidentiality in all care activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the resident’s chart and electronic health record.
