Job summary

Healthforce is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in Exeter, New Hampshire. The role runs for 7 weeks starting 11/02/2026, with 24 guaranteed hours per week on 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) in a long-term care facility. Weekly pay ranges from $1,096 to $1,119.

Applicants must hold an active NH LPN license and have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, and strong communication and documentation skills are

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in New Hampshire.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in or knowledge of long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, geriatric care environment.
• Strong communication skills and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents according to physician orders and facility policy.
• Record and report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine procedures as trained.
• Support care planning, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and document care thoroughly.
• Ensure resident safety, follow infection control protocols, and maintain accurate charting.
