Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking an Evening Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Roxbury Correction Institution in Hagerstown, MD. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, while traveling to various Maryland facilities as needed.

The role requires an active Maryland LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license.
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Able to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.
• Travel between Maryland facilities as needed.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of patients.
• Support medical and psychiatric staff in delivering care during evening shifts.
