Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Wenatchee, WA. You will support obstetric care, monitor maternal/fetal health, and participate in cesarean sections and acute obstetric events. This role requires current RN licensure, BLS, NRP, and recent L&D experience.

Qualifications

• One years' recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per obstetric nursing techniques.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during labor, delivery, examination.
• Provide immediate postpartum care and stabilize mother and newborn.
• Educate patients on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and team members.
