American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery for a night-shift assignment in Hawaii. The role requires an active Hawaii RN license and 4+ years of L&D experience, with advanced fetal monitoring skills.

Position details include 13-week duration, 36 hours per week, and 12-hour nights. Benefits include travel reimbursement, licensure support, and non-taxed per diem. Rural Hawaii setting with potential for float to other departments.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license required at time of application
• Minimum 4 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP are mandatory
• Experience with intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring is required
• Certifications such as CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, and C-EFM preferred

Responsabilités

• Work in a rural community hospital's Labor & Delivery department
• Cares for Labor & Delivery, LDRP, Nursery, Obstetrics, and Post Partum patients
• Must work 12-hour night shifts only
• May float to assist other nursing departments but not as a primary nurse
• Couplet care experience is necessary
• Responsibilities include caring for laboring and postpartum mothers as well as newborns
• Charge nurse duties may be assigned with additional compensation
• Must be available to the hospital at all times and for all shifts, with a focus on nights
• Travelers may be floated to other nursing departments as needed
• This position is in a rural healthcare environment in Hawaii
