Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Fredericksburg, VA. This role includes obstetric patient care, fetal monitoring, and assisting with labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications
- 1 year recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
- Active RN license in Virginia.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- NRP Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care including labor, delivery and immediate postpartum care.
- Monitor fetal status and respond to emergencies using established protocols.
- Administer medications and coordinate with obstetricians and anesthesia teams.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
- Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
