Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Rochester Hills, MI. The travel RN will provide obstetric nursing care, monitor maternal and fetal status, and support the delivery team on a 12-hour day shift.

Requirements include 1 year of L&D RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS/NRP certifications. Additional certifications such as AWHONN, STABLE, and ACLS are preferred. Fusion offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care in obstetric setting.
• Assess maternal and fetal health and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and assist during labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and nursing staff.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
