Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Labor and Delivery assignment in Rochester, Michigan. This role requires leadership in coordinating care, delivering high-quality nursing services, and documenting care and teaching for patients and families.

The position is for 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on the night shift (12-hour shifts). Inpatient L&D experience and current NRP, BLS, and ACLS certifications are required, along with MI RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Labor & Delivery experience.
• Current NRP, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and Michigan RN license.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care in an inpatient Labor & Delivery unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education.
• Communicate pertinent information to the healthcare team.
• Support patient and family needs and ensure safety during shifts.
