Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Dickson, Tennessee. This LD RN will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift for a 12-week assignment.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN certifications and 3 years of recent acute care experience. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts with tax-free stipend; travel nursing opportunity through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 3 years' recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist breathing techniques.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, cesarean prep and delivery.
• Provide immediate newborn care and prep the patient for postpartum.
• Maintain clean and safe beds and assist with delivery instruments.
