Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment on the night shift. TN or compact RN licensure is required, with BLS, Fetal Monitoring, and NRP Advanced certifications. A minimum of 2 years in L&D along with a clean employment history is necessary.

Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; professional references are required (two for FL/MO). Travel, licensure reimbursement, housing allowance, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license required (state or compact)
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC, not expiring within 30 days)
• Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN Intermed/Adv or NCCEFM) required
• NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification required
• Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required (two for Florida and Missouri)

Responsibilities

• Work in Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week travel assignment
• Night shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery including fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
