Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Travel Nurse RN in Labor and Delivery for Hackensack, New Jersey. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, and offers travel compensation and benefits.

The RN will assess patients, assist physicians, document care, and coordinate an individualized plan of care while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Requirements include ASN, BLS, NJ license, and L&D experience; travel RN roles provide competitive stipends.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• AWHONN or EFM certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate assessment based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnosis, and functional health framework.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Document care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.
