Job summary

Adept Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a personable, detail oriented IT deployment technician to join our growing team.

You will deploy, image and set up desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors and more across the Commonwealth of PA to ensure minimal downtime for end users. Technicians will rotate between warehouse tasks such as inventorying equipment and loading/unloading trucks and performing field deployments at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Must be personable, detail oriented and hands-on IT deployment professional.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and physically active.
• Clear driving record and criminal background; travel statewide.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, image, and set up equipment at customer sites.
• Rotate between warehouse tasks and field deployments; inventory and loading/unloading.
• Travel Sunday–Friday as needed for projects; drive company truck.
• Provide excellent customer service and on-site support.
