Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 3 years of IR or cath lab experience for a day shift assignment in Illinois. A current IL license, ARRT in Radiology, and BLS are required.

You will work in the hospital IR department, support a new Siemens IR suite, and may assist with general x-ray duties when interventional cases are not scheduled. On-call is up to 2 days per week, with potential increases; shifts are 8 or 10 hours

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of interventional radiology or cath lab experience.
• Active IL license from IEMA required.
• ARRT Certification in Radiology required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Interventional Radiology department of a hospital setting.
• May assist with general x-ray duties when no interventional radiology procedures are scheduled.
• Cleans and inspects departmental equipment and stocks imaging rooms.
• Communicates effectively with all members of the patient care team.
