Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Barrington, IL assignment. You will perform invasive and non-invasive IR procedures, scrub and circulate, and ensure image quality while working in a 3-person team.

The position requires ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS, and IL radiologic licensure, with 2+ years IR experience. EPIC/MERGE experience is preferred, with 4 IR rooms and a 13-week assignment including weekends on call.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Active BLS (AHA) certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• State radiologic technologist license (IEMA) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
• Ability to scrub and record independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive and non-invasive interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist physicians with biopsies, vascular, and peripheral interventions.
• Scrub and circulate/record during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging throughout procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and procedural team in a 3-person room setup.
