Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least two years of interventional radiology experience, BLS/ACLS certifications, and strong communication and critical-thinking skills to adapt to diverse clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent interventional radiology experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (as required).
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfort with rapidly changing environments and diverse clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Delivering focused nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Assisting physicians with image-guided interventions and post-procedure care
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding promptly to complications
• Educating patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure expectations
• Charting and documenting care in accordance with hospital policies and standards of care
• Collaborating across departments to optimize patient outcomes
