Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Duluth, GA is seeking an Interventional Radiology RN travel assignment. You will provide comprehensive peri-procedural care in a cutting-edge IR unit, collaborating with physicians and radiology teams while maintaining meticulous documentation and patient education.

The role requires an active Georgia RN license, 2+ years nursing experience with at least 1 year in Interventional Radiology, and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license.
Minimum 2 years nursing experience; 1+ year in Interventional Radiology preferred.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative clinical settings.
Proficiency with imaging equipment and electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedural nursing care for patients in the Interventional Radiology unit.
Monitor vital signs and patient responses during procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best-practice safety standards.
Educate patients and families on procedures and aftercare.
