Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with IR or Cath Lab experience for a travel assignment in a Special Procedures unit. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in IR/Cath Lab, ARRT certification and NH license, and the license must be in hand at the time of consideration.

IR Neuro experience is preferred. You will work in a 2-suite Special Procedures unit, with on-call obligations and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IR or Cath Lab.
• ARRT certification and NH state license required.
• License must be in hand at time of consideration.
• License required if applicable.
• IR Neuro experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform listed procedures (PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, kyphoplasty, port placement, ablations, ESI, EKOS for PE, Trevo for stroke).

Responsibilities

• Work in a Special Procedures unit with 2 IR suites.
• Staffed by 4 IR nurses and 4 IR techs.
• Average of 10 patients per room.
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• On call every 3rd to 4th weekend and one weeknight.
• Hardworking team player personality fit preferred.
• Scrubs provided by the hospital.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
• Candidates must live outside a 50 mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted.
