Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Radiology RN for a travel assignment in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The RN will work 10-hour days on a 13-week contract, with 40 hours per week, in an Interventional Radiology setting.

A 1–2 year acute care background and required BLS/PALS are expected, with potential for additional certifications. Responsibilities include IV access, patient monitoring, and assisting radiology staff in diagnostic procedures, while maintaining safety and patient comfort in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with Interventional Radiology exposure.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience required.
• BLS and PALS certifications required; additional certifications may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Start/verify IVs and access ports; monitor vitals and assist with personal needs.
• Inform technologists/radiologists of patient needs and safety concerns.
• Administer IV sedation or analgesia during procedures as directed.
• Monitor patients with cardiac/pulse oximeters during procedures.
