Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a 12-week assignment in Minneapolis, MN. You will join a diagnostic team and deliver patient care in a fast-paced radiology setting, supporting physicians during procedures.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS and BLS, and is able to work 10-hour days on a travel basis. Weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and benefits accompany this travel RN role.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Experience in radiology/c diagnostic environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start or check peripheral IVs and access infusaports; administer medications; monitor vital signs.
• Suction patients and insert Foley catheters; assist patients with personal needs.
• Inform technologist or radiologist of unusual patient needs and assist during procedures.
• Administer IV sedation or analgesia during special procedures; monitor patients under anesthesia.
