Job summary

Quad City Gastroenterology, under United Surgical Partners International, Inc, is seeking an Infusion Nurse to administer IV therapies and monitor patients. The role involves weekly travel between Iowa and Illinois and collaboration with providers to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The position schedules Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Current RN license, BLS, and related infusion experience are required; ACLS and CRNI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; infusion, oncology, emergency, critical care, or medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Infusion therapy certification (CRNI®) preferred.
• Experience with biologics, specialty medications, chemotherapy, or infusion center operations preferred.
• Knowledge of IV therapy, vascular access devices, and medication administration.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications, fluids, blood products, and other infusion therapies.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide patient education on procedures and aftercare.
