Job summary

Quad City Gastroenterology in Moline, IL is seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our team. The role runs 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays, and weekly travel between Iowa and Illinois.

The Infusion Nurse administers IV medications, fluids, blood products, and other infusion therapies while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and education. You will monitor patients during treatment and collaborate with providers to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience required; infusion, oncology, emergency, critical care, or medical‑surgical experience preferred.
• Infusion therapy certification (CRNI®) preferred.
• Experience with biologics, specialty medications, chemotherapy, or infusion center operations preferred.
• Knowledge of IV therapy, vascular access devices, and medication administration.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities
