ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a Scranton, PA assignment. The role requires ICU nursing expertise, ACLS certification, and comfort with open heart surgery and Impella cases. The nurse will provide direct care, monitor critical patients, and collaborate with the ICU team during a 13-week contract with nights.

shifts run 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday coverage. ARMStaffing offers benefits, housing/travel support, and a supportive clinical team for travelers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
Current ACLS certification required.
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
Open heart surgery and Impella experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions in the ICU.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans.
Float to telemetry units as needed.
