HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel) in Sonora, CA to provide inpatient critical care nursing on a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts (3 nights per week) with weekly pay between $2,159 and $2,262.

Must hold a California RN license and have ICU experience for this travel, in a high-acuity inpatient setting. Placement emphasizes collaboration with physicians and respiratory therapists, supervision of nursing staff, and adherence

Qualifications

• Current California RN license (active)
• ICU experience preferred and ability to care for critically ill patients
• Able to work night shift in high-acuity ICU
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients following standards and nursing process
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage lines and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop care plans
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate tasks to ensure patient safety
• Apply critical thinking and independent decision-making in fast-paced ICU scenarios
• Document care and maintain infection control and safety standards
