Job summary

The ICU Registered Nurse position at Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is a travel assignment in Sonora, CA. You will join a dedicated clinical team for a 13-week engagement, working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift within a high-acuity ICU setting.

You will deliver critical care, monitor patients, administer medications, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff. A valid RN license, 1 year ICU experience, and BLS/ACLS are required; CCRN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU protocols.
• Operate life-support equipment and monitor patient responses.
• Document assessments and interventions for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
