Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of ICU patients following established standards of care and the nursing process
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, administer medications, and manage lines, tubes, and equipment per policy
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines to develop and implement care plans
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, delegating tasks and ensuring patient safety
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in fast-paced critical care scenarios
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in California (active state license)
• ICU nursing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to care for critically ill patients
• Ability to work the night shift in a high-acuity inpatient ICU environment
