Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a 13-week contract in Willingboro, New Jersey. The RN will work nights (3x12 hour shifts) with 36 hours per week and perform assessments, discharge planning, and patient education while supervising staff during the shift.

Requirements include BLS and ACLS before first shift and at least two years of bedside experience. ARMStaffing offers healthcare benefits, onboarding support, and 401k options to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
• ACLS Certification required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).
• Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Identify teaching needs and goals related to the diagnosis of each patient.
• Provide patient information for Initial Team and Re-evaluation Conferences.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
• Communicate changes in patient status effectively to ensure continuity of care.
