The job description requires several health-related and professional history checks for onboard purposes, including vaccinations (Covid-19, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B), a drug screen, and a physical/health statement. Professionally, numerous Trinity-specific forms and trainings need to be completed, such as a profile submission, child and adult dependent abuse training, a code of conduct form, and criminal background check. Licensure and certification verification are also required as part of the onboarding process. Additionally, specific competency and skills testing relevant to the position are mandated.
