TalentBurst is seeking an experienced RN-Registered Nurse for an ICU assignment in Salt Lake City, UT. Day shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days per week, onsite with a 13-week contract starting 11/02/2026. Total weekly pay includes a $1,624 stipend plus a $432 base pay, with shift timing 07:00 to 19:00.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification, and 2 years ICU experience (1 year strong considered). Responsibilities include rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, ventilator

General Information

Tell us about the unit(s):
Number of Beds - 24
Number of Staff – 46
Patient Ratios : 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients
Documentation system: EPIC
Scheduling requirements: Straight nights or 50/50
Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient

Typical hiring profile

Must have:
2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience

Rapid Sequence Intubations
Central line placements
Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills.

Procedures performed on unit

central line placement, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial line placement, chest tube placement
