Job Summary

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Oregon. This position involves providing critical care in a short-term acute care facility, with the flexibility to float between units as needed. The role requires delivering specialized patient care to adult patients with complex health conditions.

Job Details

• Position Description: ICU RN will be responsible for caring for adult patients in a critical care environment, utilizing advanced monitoring and intervention skills with the ability to float to various units based on operational needs.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, and minimum of 1 year of ICU experience. Experience with ventilated patients, dysrhythmia interpretation, pulmonary artery line management, and ventilator management is essential.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have a valid compact license, be willing to float to other units, and have at least 1 year of ICU experience. References from within the last 3 years covering a total of 1 year are required. The assignment requires working at least 3 of the 5 holidays, and candidates cannot contact facility directly unless scheduled for an interview.
