The role requires travel within the region (100%) and a willingness to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and timely repair execution, with a focus on preventative maintenance and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (1 year+).
• Must provide proof of legal work status in the United States.
• Possess basic tools and meters knowledge.
• Drug Free workplace – able to pass DOT Drug Screen and fit-for-duty physical.
• Must be able to lift and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; complete other duties as assigned.
