Essential Employment Services, Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC & Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Department. The role combines HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance with hands-on support across multiple trades at commercial, retail, and cultivation facilities nationwide.

The ideal candidate will travel to company locations, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to facility improvement projects while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to the equipment; Universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to company facilities throughout the United States.
• Comfortable working in diverse facilities across multiple states and environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Service and repair rooftop units, split systems, mini-splits, package units, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues and related components.
• Travel to company facilities nationwide to perform HVAC maintenance and related projects.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance and construction-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and preventive maintenance schedules.
