Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (heat pumps, compressors, boilers, cooling towers, etc.).
• Experience with general maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and complete work orders.
• Perform general maintenance tasks like carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.
