Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC seeks an HSEQ Coordinator for field services. This hands-on role requires traveling across the United States (and possibly Canada) to support safety on diverse projects. Location flexibility is allowed; relocation is not required. Heavy travel is a defining aspect of this position.

You will work with the Business Unit Safety Team to promote a safe, compliant work environment and to implement safety policies and procedures across sites statewide and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and travel documentation required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct safety and environmental hazard activities for a project or projects.
• Assist project teams in complying with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report results to the Safety Manager.
• Support corrective action planning and resource acquisition to close issues.
• Facilitate employee training on safety topics as required.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
