Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem home infusion in California. You will insert, monitor, and remove IVs, perform venous phlebotomy when needed, assess patient condition, and document care across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing with nursing coordinators, communicating with patients and providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Travel to patient homes is required, with no holiday obligations.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college.
• IV certification & central line care experience.
• Current state RN license required; multi-state license a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Experience in home care, critical care, emergency nursing, AIC or discharge planning.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel to see patients at home and in healthcare settings.
• Experience providing customer service and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits per RXs and protocols.
• Coordinate SOC and ongoing nursing visits with patients and agencies.
• Ensure timely communication of visit details to team.
• Document nursing care and therapy administration accurately.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality across staff and agencies.
• Monitor and report adverse reactions during IV therapy.
