MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Clearlake, California is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment. You will assess patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct care per physician orders, developing and adjusting plans of care to meet functional goals.

The role requires a PT with a valid state license, CPR certification, at least 1 year of experience, and a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (or a PT bachelor's with graduation from an accredited school).

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or BPT with accredited school graduation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer an individualized treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in appropriate therapy methods.
