• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or BPT with NPTE passed.
• Minimum one year of PT experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current state PT license or in process.
• Graduate from accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan and goals with physician guidance.
• Deliver skilled PT services per physician orders and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
