Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and respond to technical customer needs remotely and onsite.
• Conduct quality inspections at Kratos facilities and customer sites.
• Perform test functions in-house and at customer sites.
• Assist with gear setup and troubleshooting.
• Travel frequently (60%+) and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Maintain safety and professional customer relations.
• Collaborate with production, test, quality and engineering teams.
• Provide input to improve work instructions.
