Job summary

Walbridge is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale equipment installations for commercial manufacturing clients across automotive, primary metals, and industrial facilities. You will manage self-perform projects from $1MM to $50MM, shaping strategy, plans, and large budgets.

You will assemble delivery teams and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality goals are met across multiple sites with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing process equipment installation experience.
• 3+ years management experience specific to equipment installation.
• Experience managing self-perform industrial projects ranging from at least $1MM.
• Willingness to travel; US driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale equipment installations for commercial manufacturing clients.
• Develop project strategies, plans, and large-scale budgets.
• Assemble project delivery teams with requisite qualifications and experience.
• Oversee construction to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Lead crews and subcontractors with planning, scheduling, logistics, and engineering.
• Manage contract requirements, oversee changes, and approve project documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain project records.
• Support union-related activities where applicable.
• Promote safety program implementation and risk management.
