Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical generation, load banks, and temporary power solutions. You will design and quote projects, lead contracts from an operations perspective, and coordinate logistics, equipment mobilization, and human resources across multiple sites, including international projects.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse project scopes while reporting to the PMO.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in industrial electric equipment field operations.
• Three+ years in electrical systems design or engineering.
• Three+ years of project management experience (PMP a plus).
• Ability to read/understand technical manuals, prints, plans, schematics.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to define scope.
• Perform jobsite visits to support quotes and execution.
• Determine equipment/services needed for quotes.
• Coordinate project operations for successful execution.
• Manage project quality and reporting measures.
• Produce project plans, drawings, budgets, logs, and summaries.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and PMO.
• Adhere to SOPs and assist management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
