Actalent is seeking a Field Service Controls Engineer based in Hilliard, OH, to join our expanding team. This role involves significant travel across the United States to assist in commissioning and modernization of automated equipment. You will also have the flexibility to work from home when not traveling. Essential skills include experience in panel building, commissioning, and a strong understanding of AutoCAD Electrical.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $33.65 to $43.27 per hour, along with various benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building panel enclosures.
• Experience with commissioning and initial debugging processes.
• Strong interest in practical, hands-on roles.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different plants across the country.
• Work from home focusing on AutoCAD electrical drawing edits.
• Build panel enclosures and wire components.

Skills

Experience building panel enclosures

Commissioning and IO testing

Hands-on experience

Understanding of servos
