Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States seeks a Data Center Field Service Engineer to support our data center cooling systems at customer sites across North America. You will be a senior team member performing startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency response activities.

The role requires 75%+ travel and involves collaboration with project teams, customers, and contractors. A strong HVAC background and OEM experience are preferred. Benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC, with mission-critical or large-tonnage experience.
• Strong knowledge of cooling systems, chillers, pumps and towers.
• Startup, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of cooling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments and active service assignments for customers.
• Perform startup, troubleshooting, repair and operational support.
• Maintain service records and field documentation.
• Follow safety policies and customer site requirements.
