Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Data Center Team Leader to supervise HVAC Field Technicians who commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up advanced systems critical to operations.

You will apply your HVAC expertise and project experience to support mission-critical facilities, collaborate with internal teams and customers, and drive uptime through proactive technical leadership. On-site work and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• Minimum five years’ HVAC experience with systems knowledge.
• Data Center experience preferred; familiarity with L2–L5 project phases.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians, providing technical guidance.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching HVAC Field Technicians; help with staffing decisions.
• Maintain vehicles and service records; ensure manuals are up to date.
• Prepare for on-site installations and repairs with Project Manager; coordinate building layouts and materials.
• Assess area safety needs and implement safety policies and training; travel as needed.
