Job summary

Travel up to 100% may be required. You will participate in inspections, monitor progress, review safety, and maintain project logs while leading a diverse field team toward on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction management with at least one Superintendent project.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures.
• Experience leading a diverse field team.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Update schedules and budgets with Senior Superintendents.
• Read construction documents to plan procedures.
• Maintain project records and reports.
• Ensure site safety through inspections and training.
