Job summary

BD is seeking a Customer Account Manager to analyze and manage consignment product within customer accounts. You will collaborate with sales and customers to scan consignments, resolve variances, and ensure accurate reporting. On-site work is required with frequent travel to customer locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 1–2 years in customer service or account management, and strong MS Office skills for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a customer facing, Sales or Account Management role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word) and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Scan customer consignment inventory.
• Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer.
• Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales.
• Travel to customer accounts and ensure accurate scanning of consigned products.
