Job summary

BD is seeking a Customer Account Manager to analyze and manage consignment product within customer accounts. The role collaborates with sales teams and customers to ensure accurate consignment reporting and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will scan consignment inventory, obtain POs for consignment used by customers, and maintain reporting for Field Inventory and Sales, while traveling to account locations to ensure accuracy and support customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel 85-90% of the time.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan customer consignment inventory.
• Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer.
• Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales.
• Travel to customer accounts to ensure accurate scanning and handle requests.
