Job summary

BD is seeking a Customer Account Manager to analyze and manage consignment product within customer accounts. You will collaborate with the sales team and customers to ensure accurate con-signment reporting and scanning. The role requires extensive travel and on-site customer interaction in multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1–2 years in a customer-facing role. Willingness to travel and strong data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer account management or sales preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Willing to travel 85-90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Scan customer consignment inventory.
• Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer.
• Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales.
• Travel to customer accounts and coordinate with customers and sales to ensure accurate scanning and handling of consigned products.
