Job summary

BD is seeking a Customer Account Manager to analyze and manage consignment products within customer accounts. You will collaborate with sales teams and customers to ensure accurate scanning, reporting, and resolution of variances.

Ideal candidate travels 85-90% to customer sites; a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred and 1–2 years in customer service or account management is expected. On-site presence is required in key regions.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a customer-facing role.
• Willing to travel 85–90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Scan customer consignment inventory.
• Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer.
• Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales.
• Travel to customer accounts and interact with the customer to ensure accurate scanning of consigned products.
