Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Prior construction experience is required.
• Program management experience expected.
• Strong understanding of contracts, plans, specifications and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program budget and schedule; coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.
• Lead communication with field operations and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee and execute the bidding process; select and oversee contractors.
• Administer purchase orders, change orders and invoices through procurement systems.
